Both Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth have need of coaches, both head coaches and assistant coaches, for each age group. If you are willing to coach, you can contact us (see the Contact Page link on the home page) or you can check the box on the registration saying you are willing to coach and we will contact you. 

The season is quickly approaching, so please let us know if you are interested.

If you want to coach in either Cal Ripken or Babe Ruth, there are guidelines that we expect all coaches to adhere to:

• All coaches must pass a background check administered by our national charter. No exceptions. If a person assists on the field with the young athletes, they MUST pass this background check.
• At all times while involved with coaching in either league, our coaches must conduct themselves in a manner which shows respect for their players, their fellow coaches, the parents, the umpires, and the game itself.
• Coaches will comply with all rules of the league, including following strictly to pitch counts that are designed to protect the health of our young athletes. 
• Coaches will treat all players equally. All players will be allowed to participate. The leagues are made for every player, not just a few.
• Coaches will work with the leagues to provide volunteers and assistance in any manner necessary for the operation of the league.
